We start things off with a glimpse into Cav’s past as a MaxTac officer leading a team as they take on a cyberpsycho attacking a Biotechnia office. This glimpse into Cav’s brutal past not only gives us an idea of just how effective she was as an officer, but it gives us this chapter’s first Tarot Crit! Back in the present, Static is pulled away by the guards, further fueling Hopscotch’s suspicions, Cav takes desperate measures to get answers, and Scrawl gets more comfortable with prison life. Reunited, the crew is driven to new depths, and the pressure gets cranked up.
